Yes, we spent $79 million to see if there is water on the moon just like the billions to see if a bearded man lives in a cave (bin laden)Soon we are going to use bombs to check the I.Q of humans.. To if they run when they see one or not. I tell you what though I'd buy stock in the company that bottles that water.
